Understand where your donation goes

This page accepts voluntary support for either the repair network or the named local group. A donation does not reserve a session, purchase a repair, or change how an item is assessed.

Examples

  • Use a group's public-page donation link to support that group directly.
  • Use the general donation page to support shared network services and infrastructure.

Group donations are subject to the displayed handling arrangement and payout hold. Refunds and chargebacks are reflected in the group balance before payout.

We retain 5% as a platform handling fee, inclusive of VAT where applicable. The provider's processing fee is also deducted from the group's share. The group's net funds are held for 21 days before release.
