Create a volunteer or repairer account

Registration is for people participating in Community Repair Groups. Members of the public do not need an account to find a group, enquire, book, donate, or manage a private repair ticket.

  1. 1Enter your own contact details.
  2. 2Use an invitation or volunteer join key only when a coordinator supplied one.
  3. 3Accept the current terms and verify your email.
  4. 4Complete your skills, security, and membership tasks after sign-in.

Examples

  • A visitor asking about a toaster should use the group enquiry page, not volunteer registration.

Group membership and privileged roles remain subject to coordinator approval, verification, and appropriate safeguarding checks.

Create a volunteer account

Accounts are for people who repair, volunteer, coordinate, or help run a Community Repair Group.

Looking for help with an item?

You do not need an account. Find a local repair group to view public sessions or send an enquiry.

We can email you a secure link or 6-digit code whenever you sign in.

Set a password too (optional)

A password gives you another way to sign in. You can leave this blank and use emailed sign-in links or codes instead.

A coordinator may have sent you a key. You can also sign up without one, complete your volunteer profile, and request to join a group.
